The Company has decided to welcome Mr. Shuichiro Takahashi, 58, currently President and CEO of Hankyu Rite Investment Trust Co., Ltd., as the next president.

Going forward, we will work diligently to create an attractive city as a commercial developer that contributes to regional revitalization, and will work diligently to realize efficient corporate management.

Formally, it will be elected President and CEO by resolution of the Board of Directors following the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2012.
