We have decided to welcome Mr. Shuichiro Takahashi, 58 years old, currently President and CEO of Hankyu REIT Investment Trust Co., Ltd. as the next president.

In the future, we will work diligently to realize efficient company management, aiming to create attractive towns as commercial developers that contribute to regional revitalization, under management from the private sector.

The Company plans to formally be elected as Representative Director and President by resolution at the Board of Directors meeting following the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2012.
