Located in a huge terminal where Osaka Metro, JR, Hanshin and Hankyu are concentrated, Whity Umeda attracts approximately 400,000 users a day. The underground shopping mall, which has been nicknamed "Ume Chika" since its opening in 1963, is now renamed "Whity Umeda" in the image of a white city.
